With an abundance of rhubarb in the garden, we’ve been on a pie high this week! There’s something so perfectly summery about pie, whether it’s all fruit with a lattice crust or rich custard dotted with tangy pieces of stalk (recipe here). We may branch into cobbler for tonight’s dessert–topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it’s another of our favorite summer treats. What tastes like summer to you?
