Poultry Processing — This Saturday

We’ll be slaughtering our meat chickens this Saturday, July 16, starting around 9am.

The public is welcome to come to the farm on slaughter day, observe and learn about backyard poultry processing. We have been processing our own chickens, ducks and turkeys for 8+ years, and we are happy to share what we know and how we do it with people interested in learning more about raising their own meat or where our food comes from.
