A Note from Ten Apple Farm About COVID-19

  • Posted by: karl

Hello from Ten Apple Farm! We hope this finds you healthy and safe. In an effort to practice social distancing and do our part to flatten the curve of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve made the hard decision to cancel all goat hikes in the coming weeks. While we would love to share the farm with you—and brainstormed ways to conduct our hikes that would limit contact between guests—we feel that the most responsible thing to do is to put all visits to the farm on hold. We are refunding in full any scheduled hikes or farm experiences. We hope that you will be able to come hike with the goats when things settle down, and when the CDC gives the green light to small group gatherings. In the meantime, please visit us on Instagram and Facebook for daily posts of our new baby goats and the other residents and goings on at Ten Apple Farm. We’ve unexpectedly become a home schooling family, and we’re sure there will be shenanigans to share! You can also join our email list through our website to get news of when goat hiking will start up again at the farm. These are confusing times, but we’re hoping to share a bit of normalcy, and the joys of our spring season, with daily updates from the farm on our social media. Also please know that we offer gift certificates through our website—we’re happy to pop one in the mail for you to use at a future date.

We wish everyone good health and good spirits during these difficult days.

With love,

Karl, Margaret, and the whole Ten Apple Gang
