Start in the kitchen with Margaret, cooking a batch of blueberry preserves, and learning how to safely seal jars in a water bath canner. Move outside with Karl to take our herd of Alpine dairy goats for a hike through our woods, then continue with a lesson in milking. As with all our hikes, we’ll end back in the kitchen with fresh goat milk and cookies!

Maximum 8 people: $50/person (includes ticket for afternoon goat hike at 3pm)
Cancellation Policy: Workshop will take place rain or shine. Tickets cancelled 5 days (or more) in advance of workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations 4 days or less before workshop will receive 50% refund.
